Kendall Sellers, Instructor-AMRT, WRT, OCT, FSRT, CMT, CMp

Ken is a native of North Carolina and received his Bachelors degree from Elon University in 1982. He began his career in the cleaning and restoration industry in 1986 and has remained in the industry ever since. Accomplishments have included owning and operating a multi-office carpet cleaning company, managing general partner for a national restroom hygiene company, production manager, general manager, division manager, for a national restoration franchise that provided full service restoration. Currently Ken owns and operates a full service restoration and remediation company in the Northern Virginia area.
Ken also teaches the IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) and the CMT (Certified Mold Technician) class for the Interactive Occupational Training of Denver Colorado. Additionally, Ken provides other training for Real Estate Insurance and Restoration Industry continuing education credits.

Doug Squire, Instructor CMT, CMP, CMCT
President of Interactive Occupational Training

Doug obtained his Business Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver and has been involved with several companies in an operations, sales, marketing and customer service capacity.
Prior to joining Interactive Occupational Training (IOT) in 2005, Doug was VP of Operations with Colorado Clean-up Services (CCS), the parent company of IOT. Doug was responsible for operations, business development and training for CCS in the remediation and restoration field. During this time, Doug was a strong contributor to the content of the IOT Mold series training program and the IICRC approvedAMRT certification course and now serves as the President of IOT.
Doug’s responsibilities include day to day operations of IOT as well as instruction for various different classroom training courses developed by IOT.



Joe Dobbins
Instructor - WRT, FSRT, ASD, OCT, CCT, CRT, UFT 

As an approved IICRC instructor with Interactive Occupational Training as well as several other training organizations, he is currently an instructor in Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Upholstery Cleaning, Water Damager Restoration, Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration, Color Repair / Spot Dye, and Applied Structural Drying.  Applied structural drying is taught at the  NCAT facility in Alabama and is a fully furnished 1250 sq. ft. house built as a training facility.  He is also approved in approximately 20 states to teach continuing education to the insurance industry in Water, mold, Fire and Odor classes.  He has a teaching style of down-to-earth yet with a dynamic personality.

Steve G. Poulos
Instructor - UFT, CCT, LCT

Steve lives, breathes and sleeps for a chance to talk dirt! He has been in the cleaning and restoration business for over 20 years and has trained several thousand cleaners in the technical as well as the business aspects of the industry. He brings with him not only a vast knowledge of the business but a true love for the industry. Because of the many hats he wears Steve’s innovative approach to new ideas and products have allowed for opportunities to teach in all parts of the U.S. as well as England and Australia. Steve’s expertise comes from years of experiences with his own cleaning and restoration firms. He has also worked along side interior designers, carpet manufactures, adjusters, departments of health and the University of North Carolina. Steve’s background in finance along with strong customer service ethics elevates him to a true leader in the industry, as well as a sought out source for knowledge and education.
Steve is an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner and Restorer. Along with his credits as a Leather Cleaning Technician Steve has also taught Leather Cleaning and Restoration for the past 8 years giving him a lead in knowledge and expertise in the field of Leather. He held a position for 6 years on the Board of Directors with the Mid South Professional Cleaners Association and served as the Executive Director during their reorganization. Steve has served as the Regional Editor of Cleanfax for 5 years and has also served on the CUCI council of ASCR.
As well as being an Instructor, Steve and his wife, Debbie, have opened their own Education school called Clean+Aid. Together they have authored both the Carpet and Leather certification manuals with continued new certification classes to be developed. Steve is also employed with HydraMaster as the Eastern Sales Manager and Trainer. Steve is driven to expand their chemical line as well as make innovative advancements in chemical composition. As a previous distributor himself he brings familiarity and skill to the East Coast Distributors as well as their clients in both company sales growth and training. He will demo his Hydra-truck any time it is requested. Just ask!
